*Tresses & More by Tanise will not be responsible for any late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disaster and/ or carrier delay. There is no reimbursement for shipping cost for delayed packages.

*The shipping information should be verified before order is submitted. Incorrect/ incomplete addresses are one of the major reasons for Shipping delays.

Refund Policy:

*No refund will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If the shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address, customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
